We have prepared loads of classic performances for you, such as face changing, fire breathing, puppet show and shadow play. Let me introduce them respectively.
Face changing, or "Banlian" in Chinese, is an important intangible cultural heritage in China. As actors flourish their arms and twist their heads, their painted masks change again and again.
Puppet show is a form of storytelling performed by inanimate puppets by manipulating these strings and rods fixed on the key joints.
Shadow play is another form of storytelling that uses hands against an illuminate backdrop to create the illusion of movement.
Sichuan Opera is so amazing that it cannot be summed up in two words.

Itinerary：
At around 19:00, you will be met and driven to Shufengyayun Teahouse to see the best performance of Sichuan Opera. The Opera begins at 20:00 and lasts for one and a half hours. There are a wide range of dazzling performances prepared for you– singing, acrobatics, puppet shows and face changing which will give you a visual and auditory feast. Before the show, you are able to visit backstage to see the performers preparing their costuming and facial make-ups and masks.
